TK Kader knows a thing or two about leading companies from zero through crazy growth. He started ToutApp, which earned backing from Andreesen Horowitz, sold to Marketo where he led as VP strategy and helped build the company up to exit in an acquisition by Adobe. He’s now CEO of a new company that helps Software-as-a-service founders and CEOs navigate the full journey from idea to exit. As part of that, he’s built up a huge YouTube following by covering key business topics. This month he did a great breakdown of how to set objectives and key results in 7 steps.
